I started Dulcedo in October 2007, shortly after moving to Seattle, WA. I didn't know anyone so I had lots of time on my hands to cook, but I needed a way to keep track of the recipes I was trying out. Enter: blog. It's working out pretty well so far. All the recipes on the site are as credited and all of the photography is my own (taken with a Canon EOS 40D since October 2009).
